vlt.matlab.isfunctionfile

  ISFUNCTIONFILE - determines if a FILENAME defines a Matlab function

  B = ISFUNCTIONFILE(FILENAME)

  Returns 1 if FILENAME defines a Matlab function.
  Returns 0 otherwise.

  Note that other types of M files are Matlab SCRIPTS and 
  CLASS DEFINITIONS.
