  PVD = ndi.database.fun.projectvardef(NAME, TYPE, DESCRIPTION, DATA)

  Makes a cell array definition of the fields for an 'ndi_document_projectvar' document.

  Creates a set of name/value pairs in a 1x4 cell list:
