  GET_BRANCHES - get the branches of a dataset

  [RESPONSE,BRANCHES] = ndi.cloud.api.datasets.GET_BRANCHES(DATASET_ID)

  Inputs:
    DATASET_ID - a string representing the dataset id

    BRANCHES - the branches required by the user
